Complaints procedure

Complaints procedure

We are committed to providing our clients with the very highest quality of legal service.

If something does go wrong you should contact us about it so we can address the issue and we will do all we can to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.


If you feel that you haven’t received a proper service from us, you should

contact Stephen Robinson and we’ll do everything we can to resolve it.

Legal Ombudsman


If this doesn’t resolve your concerns then the Legal Ombudsman offers a complaints scheme (details of  which can be found at www.legalombudsman.org.uk) which is open to all members of the public, small businesses, charities, clubs and trusts.


The Legal Ombudsman is an independent organisation with powers to resolve complaints about legal services when issues have not been resolved between an individual and their lawyer.

In order to make a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman you must:

- be a member of the public or a very small business, charity, club or trust; and

- make your complaint;

  • Within six months of receiving our final response to your complaint
  • and no more than one year from the date of the act or omission being complained about; or
  • no more than one year from the date when you should reasonably have known that there was cause for complaint.
