If you feel that you haven’t received a proper service from us, you should contact Stephen Robinson and we’ll do everything we can to resolve it.  

If this doesn’t resolve your concerns then the Legal Ombudsman offers a complaints scheme (details of which can be found at www.legalombudsman.org.uk) which is open to all members of the public, small businesses, charities, clubs and trusts.  

If this doesn’t resolve your concerns then the SRA has a complaints procedure (details of which can be located at https://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/problems/.)
